The ERP Group Comprises Drive Computer Services Ltd and D&H Computer Services Ltd.

Both are well established software houses based in West Yorkshire that traditionally specialise in manufacturing solutions for the chemical, food, metals and process industries with their products BLISS and MARPACS. For example BLISS was first developed for the lubricant blending sector and has since extended its reach into other process industry sectors. Customers include Kuwait Petroleum (lubes), Geocel (sealants), Macphie of Glenbervie (food) and Beardow Adams (adhesives) as well as a myriad of similar organisations. The group is profitable, privately owned and managed and can offer excellent customer and trade references.

BLISS functionality includes all aspects of formulation and recipe based manufacturing, quality and health and safety management, inventory and warehouse control, costing, batch traceability, sales and purchase order processing, financial ledgers, document management and CRM. It can be implemented in one aspect of the organisation to focus on a particular issues such as formulation management and costing – or as a full ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool.

The team offer full technical and implementation consulting services and ongoing help desk support as well as free upgrades as new versions are released. There is an independent user group made up specifically of organisations in similar process industries. The Company ethos is of a technical developer of software and this drives it to aim to develop long relationships with its customers who can assist in evolving new products and service offerings.
